Perfect location for a event we were attending locally , it had everything we needed and close by to shops , restraunts and bars.
A massive thank you to the receptionist Emma who was so helpful ! We had a bit of a nightmare arriving into the country with issues at the airport and travel , Emma made us so relaxed and welcoming and was so helpful and kind

The few staff members I met made the stay felt welcoming.
The receptionists were very helpful and most importantly, catered for my son's needs.
I was able to conduct aspects of my work peacefully and professionally at Hotel Modez.
Not that I didn't like but the floor in our room could've been a bit cleaner. It needed a bit of sweeping as it was dusty etc. Everything elase was alright for our stay.

Beautiful room! The receptionist was very friendly, welcoming, and helpful. The breakfast was also very good, with a nice selection of options. There is also a great restaurant right next to the hotel!
It was not a problem for us, but the elevator was not working during our stay. Anyone with limited mobility or difficulty climbing stairs may want to double-check that the elevator is operational before booking.

Staff were friendly and helpful. The rooms were clean. The neighbourhood had many options for eating and drinking.
While I applaud the attempt to be innovative with interior design, the results were inconsistent with some rooms more successful than others.
