Convenience of location.
My room was near the lift, therefore as a light sleeper I didn’t have a very good night’s sleep due to the activity of other guest’s late arrivals/early departures to and from the airport.

The breakfast was really good and Abby who was on duty was so happy and helpful, she made a great impression to kick off our day. She had really good customer compassion and is a real asset to the hotel.
There was the odd hair in the bathroom. The reception staff on arrival were not very welcoming. No explanation given about breakfast or asking how many room keys we needed for example.

The hotel is as expected for an airport hotel.
Good room, though the aircon wasn't good enough.
The breakfast was fine and the staff were friendly. Parking is paid but there is plenty of it.

The close proximity to the airport
We got given an accessible room, it was pretty run down.
The car park was totally overflowing. No one informed us about breakfast, eleven though it was supposed to be included. There is not even bottled water in the room. We've expected more from the photos and description.
