Where do I start... everything was top notch A1++ Food was superb. Facilities great. Location marvelous. and the staff were amazing. very attentive and made sure we were taken care of. Thank you for making our stay memorable. We hope to return next year.

I wish i could have stayed longer

The hotel is excellent! Much better than what the photos show. It is very beautiful from the outside and the view is outstanding!! The bedrooms are very comfortable. Breakfast and dinner are also very good. Everything is new! But the best were the ladies in the reception: we got at the hotel very late, because we had a problem with our car. after the dinner had finished (we had dinner included). But the lady from the reception called us, and when we arrived, they had prepared a dinner table for us, with food from the buffet. It felt really good after such a trip!! They were suuper nice!!

This hotel was brilliant. Highly recommend to other travellers because of its great location and really friendly staff. Hospitality was really good and breakfast was tasty.

Nice and clean bathroom, breakfast was ok however not a big choice if you do not eat meat and sugar. Good storage place for the skiis and boots. Ample parking spaces in front of the hotel.

Lack of a kettle in the room (no possibility to make tea or coffee), uncomfortable, hard beds, no possibility to order something to eat in the restaurant if you have not bought dinner before. At breakfast all egg dishes (except for boiled eggs) were very greasy. At sauna - almost all people in swimming suites and without knowledge how to behave in a sauna - talking loudly on the phone, moving in and out all the time, which did not give you a possibility to relax. Lack of towels in the sauna if you come during the last hour of opening. No staff attendance who would instruct those people how to behave, add towels, etc. Small and slow (long waiting time) elevator in the hotel.
