Location and breakfast
The bathroom was not clean

Great location very close to Il Campo. Room was comfortable enough and quiet.
Bathroom was across the hall but we did have it to ourselves. No way to lock it without a key though, so had to bring the key every time we used it. Check in was a little chaotic because we didn't realize they could be contacted at the restaurant on the back side of the property.

The location is excellent, right in central Siena, down a side‑alley off Piazza del Campo.
The breakfast is simple
8 / 10Excellent·oct. 2026
The location is great, just about a block from the Piazza Il Campo. The restaurant downstairs (Finestra) is excellent. Room was very clean and comfortable.
The bathroom was across the hall from our particular room, I think the other rooms aren’t like that. The bathroom itself was very nice, but you had to clothed when going to the toilet.
