* Friendly and accommodating staff - The staff were consistently friendly and polite, and the night manager handled concerns very well. * Clean and well-maintained environment - The lobby has a nice open-concept design that feels fresh and upscale. * Comfortable bed - The bed was very comfortable, which made the stay pleasant overall * Late checkout accommodation (very helpful)

* Better staff training on room features - they were not very informative, especially when it came to explaining room features like lighting and controls. * Clear communication (especially dining inclusions) -A waitress mentioned alcohol was included, but later clarified only sangria was included—not wine. This felt misleading and disappointing * Improve lighting system usability - Lighting system was confusing, with no clear way to control individual lights * Fix maintenance issues before guest check-in - bathtub drain did not work, charging pad not working and other charging outlets are not so visible * Better value for price - while it meets expectations in some areas, it doesn’t fully match the price point compared to other luxury hotels. especially, Initially assigned corner room had a strong lingering odor in the hallway
