Beautiful well-located riad staffed by extremely friendly people. We loved our brief stay. The roof terrace is one the cosiest I've visited. The breakfast was your typical Morrocan breakfast done really well. It was also very clean and quiet It frankly surprised us how much we loved this place, absolutely wonderful!!!

We did not mind this, but our room was relatively small if you would consider a longer stay. However, there is plenty of cabin space, so really a minor issue. Especially considering how lovely the shared spaces were

The riad itself is beautiful, tastefully decorated, and has a lovely terrace to relax on. Zacharia and the team were genuinely wonderful throughout our stay — kind, attentive, and always available. We truly cannot thank them enough for their hospitality.

Unfortunately, we did not manage to get a proper night’s sleep during our three-night stay. The humidity in the Ivory Room was extremely high and, for us, made the room very uncomfortable. The amount of wool and other fabrics in the room seemed to retain the moisture and contributed to a persistent damp smell. We fully understand that humidity is part of the reality of staying in a 150-year-old building in the Medina. That was not the issue, nor were we expecting anyone to perform miracles or provide a solution. What was disappointing was the way our perfectly reasonable observation was handled. On our last morning, we invited the owner into the room simply so he could experience the conditions for himself. His initial response was that everything was perfectly fine. After spending a few minutes in the room, he acknowledged the humidity, but when asked about it, essentially dismissed our experience as “your opinion.” That response was unnecessarily condescending and, frankly, left a very poor impression. It is a shame, because the riad is beautiful and Zacharia and his team are excellent. Unfortunately, the owner's response overshadowed what otherwise could have been a very positive experience.
