We had a wonderful three-night stay at Apartment Silence-1 in Zermatt. The apartment was clean, comfortable, quiet, and well equipped, with everything our family of five needed. The location was excellent, with easy access to the bus stop, making it convenient to reach the train station and the Matterhorn attractions. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would happily recommend Apartment Silence-1 to anyone visiting Zermatt. Thank you for your hospitality.
The check-in process was straightforward once we received the instructions. However, I felt it could have been made clearer and simpler in advance, as I had to call the office to obtain the necessary details. It is also worth noting that the support service is not available over the weekend.
