The rooms were excellent- clean and very comfortable.
Hospitality in India is always amazing. They resolved every concern quickly and followed up to make sure the resolution was meeting our expectations!
We had breakfast included - the chef would step out to check how we would like our order cooked or if there were any special requests or requirements.
Highly recommend the hotel.
Would definitely stay there again.
Loved that they had air purifiers.
Since we booked thru Bookings, the hotel could not adjust or be as flexible as we needed....we would have had to work thru bookings and didn't have time.
So Bookings restricted us

Ms Pratibha Sharma was great help and she made our stay more enjoyable after upgrading the room to suite room

Ambience was good. Infra was amazing
Untrained staff. Not trained and taught how to speak with customers. The focus on customer satisfaction is significantly missing. Overall attitude is casual
