The location and staff

The family room was not great, the second room was not up to standard

It is located in a very nice area. With all of Sentosa at your hands via free shuttle buses.

Sometimes too modern technology becomes a hindrance, everything operated from one iPad on one side of bed. Apartments lacked bidets, and if you visit toilet in middle of night and need light on, it shines through whole apartment which wakes up your partner.

Location and facilities

Nice pool area. Clean hotel.

Bed was quite hard and not very comfortable. The room is in need of some renovations, we stayed in the Monte Carlo I room which is the fanciest in the hotel and it was quite dated and old. We had no hot water for 2 days and the found out there was a switch in our room to turn the hot water on and off. It was hard to locate all the different light switches throughout. The bathroom is quite dated, the shower head pressure and water flow was not ideal it was hard to get wet and the hand held hose kinks when lifted too high. I can see it used to be a fancy place it’s just getting old and needs to be updated. However it was very clean so that was a great bonus.
