Hotel itself was good esp the rooms and views. Food was ok and cheap
No propery co-ordination between booking.com and the hotel as per the hotel. Had to specifically ask for a room with balcony - it was not initially allocated - although it was clearly mentioned in booking.com confirmation. Also the room was given in Tower 2 - not the main hotel. Had to travel with the disabled adult daughter of us in a boat - couple of times due to this.

We had a fantastic stay at Le Méridien Kochi, especially in the newly opened West Wing. The boat ride connecting the main hotel to the West Wing was a wonderful experience and a highlight for our kids, making the stay even more memorable. From the reservation desk to the room, the staff were exceptional, providing warm hospitality and excellent service throughout our stay.
The dinner menu could benefit from more variety, especially for guests staying multiple nights. At other similar properties we've stayed at, there was always something new to look forward to, whether it was a refreshed menu or at least a new dish each evening.

The place is just amazing, and the staff, facilities, and the food were all good. I especially liked the breakfast and the dinner buffet spread in the main building, as the options were more here than in the annexe building they have across the river.
Anna guided us to the room, and she was nice in guiding us through. I would also like to appreciate Kyn from Meghalaya, who was always available to provide napkins, cutlery, etc. Overall, the experience was nice and the service was prompt, including the boat and the buggy service.
The drive pathway to the annexe building is bit tricky and very narrow.
