Our stay was simply slow spaced and beautiful, we took a walk around the garden area and stay indoor watching Netflix. The room service was quick, there was lovely evening tea arranged for all guests you could just grab a cup and sip it under the apple tree in the garden. Rooms are as per the images. Check-in was super convenient so was the Check-out, Breakfast spread had quite alot of options from Indian- Continental cuisine. There is even a souvenir shop in the lobby, which was reasonable and authentic.
Everything was taken care of extremely well from your food, location, room service, laundry to your room heating facilities. There was nothing in specific that we didn't like.

Like facilities in general
Front office staff are taking advantage of using ladakhi language to give your hire price for the room. The name of women who did this was Jigmet. Terrible

The bonfire in the evening was wonderful!
The food was not good. The staff weren’t very professional. Not worth the cost of room.
