I got a personal welcome instead of a self check-in, after a long day of delays when travelling. This is typical of the guest focus of the personnel at this hotel.

Also: Frühstück sehr gut!

The apartment was clean and comfortable. The staff were very nice. Breakfast was good.
It is really more like a new apartment building rather than a hotel. The view is into the balconies of other residents. It lacks the atmosphere and the character of Merano.
