Good check in , Room a queen room which we thought would have been a view of the front lake etc however is was at the back but nice and ok, very clean. The breakfast was excellent with a full choice of everything. The staff were 1st class, helpful and an excellent breakfast service.
unfortunately we had to cut short our stay due to a family traffic accident so only stayed one night but it was a pleasure.

Convenience to visit the centre of Keswick. Room facilities were comfortable.
We were placed on 4 th floor and it was a struggle to get our suitcase to the room. As we were guests of the Hotel why the charge to use the carpark?
