Elysium Noosa Resort - MGallery Collection

Location, cleanliness, staff, pool and food ordering system

Fitness centre slightly outdated, elevator not in function, pricey buffet breakfast although high quality

Great pool Team were amazing! Love Jed! Gemma awesome.

Not the best beds, sheets or pillows. Hayman was much better for that

Pool, service, restaurant

For the price, breakfast should have been included

It was pleasant the refreshed decor. Nothing amazing but just nice.

Very old uncomfortable very hard bed they attempted to fix with a topper but it wasn’t great. It wasn’t cleaned so well I even had to swap towels out and I had to push them to come through and clean the room each day, they had to be asked to change sheets, they run house keeping like a cheaper motel and housekeeping staff are young kids which explained a lot to me. The room service was very average they couldn’t even use fresh chicken on a club sandwich it was pressed chicken/processed deli meat. Way too expensive room rate for what it is! I think the hotel looks and feels about half the price of what they charge.
