Front desk was extra helpful and kind. The room was very clean and calming. I would say that this hotel is the best place to stay in whole region. Do not hesitate just book and see.

Замечательный отель, прекрасное местоположение, радушный персонал. Оставались в двухкомнатном номере, которым остались очень довольны. Очень вкусные завтраки (включены в стоимость проживания) и потрясающе вкусные ужины (за свой счёт) в ресторане при отеле Novbahar.

Its not a 5 star hotel- they lost their rating and have not updated it. Booking com is not aware if this or its not been updated. It used to be a 5* hotel under different management , NOT ANYMORE.
