The room was great, service was excellent, friendly staff, good beds, love the muffin and coffee in reception. would happily stay again. Great location to get around.
We left before reception opened... we were in room 4 and there must be a leak in the shower area or down the wall. the carpet outside the bathroom was very wet.

great room size, close to where we needed to go, comfortable bed
Grounds were clean, parking ample too
The check-in was a little confusing. Office was closed, had to go to the kiosk which confused me a little until I found a txt on my phone

They are our preferred accommodation when we go to Canberra to watch Football.
We have stayed there many times and find them very accommodating with early check in requests.
Rooms are always nice and clean and comfortable for our family of 5.
Staff are always very nice to deal with

Good location close to restaurants. Easy access and parking. Room was spacious and clean.
We stayed for two nights and did not have a hot shower once. We attempted to shower at different times of the day to see if that was the issue. Was worse around busy times but pressure or temperature was not better even in the middle of the day or morning. Very disappointing.
