The property was centrally located in Seminyak, close to all the restaurants, beach, shops, money changers, etc. The one thing that made our stay exceptional was the property manager, Ary and her team. They did an amazing job in providing us the right guidance, support and made sure we were taken care of properly. The whole team was truly amazing.
Nothing, everything wad great. Bathrooms had an interesting design but that did not bother us at all.

Clean and everyone was extremely helpful and friendly. Had everything there that we needed. In a central spot to go shopping and find a great mix of restaurants

La villa est splendide et calme alors que située en plein centre.
Deux des trois salles de bain sont immenses et magnifiques.
La piscine est superbe.
Le personnel est adorable.
Franchement je conseille +++++
Peut être la salle de bain de la chambre du haut mais par contraste avec les deux autres

The villa is in the heart of Seminyak, walking distance to Ku De Ta and other iconic locations.
It's old, tired, with amenities from the ages. The property could do with significant renovation to meet the expectation of its name...and the mosquitoes!!
