Beautiful and clean hotel. Half board includes breakfast and dinner. Food and wine was amazing. Couldn’t ask for a better place to explore the Dolomites

Everything. I had a nightmare of a time traveling to Klausen with missed flights, tire blowout in the rental car with no emergency roadside service and arriving a day late. They held my room for me and were very welcoming when I finally arrived

The architecture and interior design is really well done
The breakfast very diverse and offers many options
The pool is beautiful
The owner charged us 15,- EUR for a baby-bed, whereas the website is costs 10,-
The owner mentioned on request that checkout was at 11:30 but later mentioned that os was 10:30. While mentioning it she had an attitude
The area is very close to the highway, which means it is loud. The prices are too high for such a loud environment
