Cleanliness and easy access to shopping centres.lovely location

Good location by the river and a play park. Many takeaway eateries within a short drive and a short walk from the main shopping plaza. Clean and comfortable rooms with everything you need for a short stay. Location by river and park meant easy dog walking for the fur baby.
Staff were a bit elusive, so it felt a bit impersonal.

Our two-bedroom suite was well set up. It had plenty of cups, plates, kitchen equipment which was better than I had expected. The rooms were clean and comfortable. Check in and out was very easy.

Location was good, bathroom and shower good, kitchenette good, quiet location and adequate parking, friendly and helpful cleaning staff.
Arrived at motel at the required time and was sent sms with keysafe details. Unfortunately, there was an issue with getting the door key and rang several phone numbers which had only recorded message. After one and a half hours waiting outside and cleaners on-site trying to help (which was appreciated), a representative accessed the reception area and managed to obtain the keys. I advised this was not good enough. Obviously, the keysafe idea is fraught with problems and no recompense offered!
