The view was lovely, and breakfast was excellent. The staff were exceptionally polite and had a great sense of humour.
There was an unpleasant smell in the room and throughout the hotel, possibly because the windows couldn’t be opened on the higher floors. If that’s the case, the air-conditioning system should be cleaned. The room, corridors, and second reception area also looked dated and in need of renovation.

The hotel is beautiful and beds are super comfy. The breakfast is delish and The Level benefits are a plus all the way. I want to commend also Inoa, Eric and Stefano at the desk. When our electric wheelchair was lost at the airport for 4 days they went out of their way to help us settle in, rent another and assure us they would help. Thank you all.

Great hotel absolutely clean.
1) pool is tiny
2) first day of arrival on 13/08 we had a buffet at the restaurant it was impossible to eat as flys (tiny indoor plant flys) were everywhere.
3) noisy elevators
