Riva Beach Resort

5-star feel without the 5-star prices. Perfect for families. It has something for everyone: 3 pools, beach access, kayaking, gym, spa, lawns. Staff are friendly and accomodating.

Rooms are not the cleanest. Our bathroom smelled because the overhead exhaust fan kept pulling up a nasty smell from the drain. Switch of the exhaust fan, and the smell disappered. Too bad, the light and fan used the same switch - so we had to bear with it. We stayed in a mid-tier room. Decent size, but the friends who were staying in the adjoining room were not happy with the cleanliness in their bathroom. Also the bathroom area is quite small. The food is average and more expensive than I would have imagined. No beef or pork on the menu, which is strange considering this is Goa. Breakfast spread is decent, by hotel standards but not great or exceptional. However, you will find something that suits you.

Platter can be more varieties

Food, scenic beauty, clean beach, amenities, spa, etc.

Leakage in the room, Moisturizer not refilled, Towels not sufficient

Property look wise is good but rooms are small. People make money by showing good photos on net but reality is different.

Breakfast is not good. South Goa resorts offer good than here
