The rooms are well-appointed and good value for money. Given the remote location and lovely setting in an apple orchard, it really makes you feel like you are getting away from it all. The breakfast was superb and the staff very friendly.

De gastvrouw gaf je echt een thuisgevoel. Haar kookkunsten maken je verblijf compleet! Genoten!

off the beaten track. The building might look a bit old and rough, true but the rooms are spacious and very clean! great value for money and some real armenian hospitality with great food. Nice pool and table tennis. 15 min drive from the main road, beautiful view and close to the main attractions like Odzun monastery, Sanahin monastery, Haghpath monastery. Welcome to Armenia
the last mile road is a bit patchy but please don’t let that stop you

The staff were very lovely and friendly, especially the lady at the dining. Dinner was delicious. The room including the bathroom and terrace were very clean. View from the room was amazing.
In the facilities’ photos, we saw a swimming pool, a pool table and a ping pong table, but none of them was in working condition.
