Lovely homely place to be in. Got there at 17.00. Quick conversation with manager who asked what my favourite whisky was. He didn’t have it in stock. Off to work next day and I got back at 19.00. Bottle of my favourite topple waiting for me. Never been treated as well as that before and I travel a lot.

Perfect location and really accommodating for a family.
Room was a bit dusty, but everything else about it was so good I didn’t bother mentioning it to staff during the stay.

Location was convenient for our stay,as we travel to this location every year
Having previously staying at the property infact the same room (as requested) we thought we knew what to expect,but the room was quite dusty,the bathroom was not clean ,ie shower curtain,bath surfaces,washbasin. Staying for two days we were expecting the room to be serviced on the second morning as in clean cups/glasses tea /coffee replenished
