The location is outstanding, the breakfast is exquisite, and the lifts operate swiftly with hardly any waiting time. Convenient parking is also provided for guests travelling by car.
The hotel room offers a stunning view, and there is a wide variety of food vendors nearby, particularly for non-halal options. Guests can feel safe and secure throughout their stay.
The bed sheets are changed every day, and the toilet is also cleaned daily. Overall, the hotel provides a comfortable, clean, and convenient stay.
The road can sometimes be quite noisy as the property is located near the main road. The drainage can also be quite slow at times. Although there are plenty of parking spaces available, the individual parking spaces are relatively small.

The room is clean. The towels can go for a change of new ones. Shower head was attached to the wall making it a bit difficult for bathing and its using bath tub. Considering the seniors, it might be a bit difficult to climb into the bath tub so maybe can consider a shower area with detachable shower head. Breakfast is simple but it's still okay. Location of the hotel is strategic near eateries and the food court is just across the road of the hotel. Behind is the KSL Mall.
Towels and bathroom can be look into for consideration.
