We originaly requested a Ground floor room if possible but they let us know that none were available at that time.
However upon arrival they had a Ground floor room ready for us. As we have stayed there before we had the breakfast each morning and cannot fault it. Hot full breakfast with all the Continental breakfast included at amazing value for money. Served with a smile and quickly. A very relaxed break in an amazing part of Wales.

Conveniently located of North Wales expressway , plenty of parking, room was clean, some parts a bit tired. Bar , restaurant was friendly atmosphere, lots to choose from.
Misunderstanding of booking somehow, booked family room for 2 adults and child, but when arrived room was set up for infant, even though booking confirmation was correct. Quickly sorted out by staff. Nice breakfast (no black pudding as per picture) evening meal was average
