The apartment was great for our family of four. Enough space for us to sleep and put our suitcases out, particularly as it was in old town itself. There are a lot of stairs to get to the apartment which you should keep in mind, we definitely got a work out!!
The location in old town was great but the parking spot available with the apartment is quite a long way and up a hill - it’s hard to use the car regularly although we did take it to a secluded beach one day so we are glad we had a car. I would recommend a short stay in Dubrovnik old town, without a car.

Rosa was wonderful. She communicated well and greeted us at arrival. The apartment was wonderful and spacious. It felt like home. In the Old City and convenient to everything. Perfect!! Thank you Rosa.

We really enjoyed our stay the location was very close to everything and very comfortable. Rose was very helpful and friendly would highly recommend this property.
There are a lot of stairs to the property which was a little difficult with luggage.

This is not a place to stay for motorbikers. After a long day or riding, you do not want to haul you luggage trough town (pedestrian zone) and up never ending stairs. Also a hefty charge of €30.- cash for privat parking in an even further away garage is painful. All of this is not mentioned in de Properties description!
