The room was exceptionally clean. The staff was nice, no difficulties with checking in at all like we've had before in Milan.
The wifi was a bit unstable but the staff even restarted the router a couple of times and it was back up.

Clean and well-located hotel.
The place was spotless and within walking distance of everything we needed. Great value for the location.
The air conditioning? A complete disaster.
It was boiling in the room — the AC wouldn’t go below 22°C, and it felt like we were sleeping in a sauna. We slept terribly, tossing and turning all night, drenched in sweat. We contacted the host hoping for a solution — nothing changed. Absolutely nothing.
If you’re thinking of staying here in the summer: DON’T. RUN.
We even met other guests who were seriously considering sleeping in the hotel stairwell because their rooms were unbearably hot. That should tell you everything you need to know.
