Hotel Pharos

Hotel was very clean. Staff was very helpful. Location to restaurants on the street and subway was very good

Spa bath does not work and bathroom has no door from the bedroom. Shower door and toilet door are the same.

The convenient location and the advertised availability of a jacuzzi were the main reasons we chose this hotel.

The hotel was advertised on Booking.com as having a jacuzzi, which was one of the main reasons we chose this property over other, more affordable alternatives. However, after filling the jacuzzi and preparing to use it, we discovered that it was not functioning. When we raised the issue with hotel staff, they confirmed that it was not operational. We were extremely disappointed, as the jacuzzi was a one of the key factors in our decision to book this particular hotel. Had we known beforehand that it was not working, we would have chosen a more affordable hotel instead.

Close to restaurants, bus and train station

Clean, comfortable, quite, great value

Nice amount of space and good bathroom facilities. Bed was comfy and decent cleaning service. Location was decent, we hired bikes and were able to get into the centre quickly, also a choice of 2 metro stations nearby 5-10 mins walk away.

Very disappointed that the jets in the bathtub didnt work - was one of the deciding factors in choosing this room type! Also the room was HOT, I couldnt get the air conditioning to work properly the whole time. The staff weren't as welcoming as you might hope.
