Location .. bay views ….obvious design & passion of the owners…

The room was exactly as described. it was incredibly clean and the bed was the most comfortable I have spelt in since leaving Australia. The view was wonderful to wake up to. If we had been staying longer we would probably have taken a larger room, but the studio was perfect for one night.

Location wonderful... as was the view from the property. Compact inside dining area however a lovely large deck, table and chairs with umbrella outside for drinks and dining. We could watch the kids play on the beach from our room and only a minutes walk to a large fun park on the reserve. Beach was clean and tidy, lovely hearing the sound of waves as we went to bed. We enjoyed the causal feel, quirky decor and the bathroom in our unit was brand new. Stunning with a touch screen mirror and modern imaculate facilites and hot water and great pressure shower. A central modern heatpump keeps you warm and cool as required and beds super comfy. No cooked breakfast available, but all the facilites you need to cook with microwave, kettle, oven, stovetop (I wished I had taken bacon and eggs for breakfast!) fridge and small freezer, but we enjoyed our own cerials, fruit and yoghurt while watching the small waves roll in on the full tide in the morning! We had a blast as a family of 5, but would easily suit a couple or friends and we highly recommend it for it's tidy, cleanleness and causal appeal that overlooks stunning Cable Bay. Very compact, so not great for a family or group if the weather is bad as no sepeate family living or games room space indoors. But we had stunning sunny weather so no complaints here!

Loved the location

We didnt like lack comfortable seating! We didn't like the tiny coffee cups and the filthy glasses, cookware limited and too large for elements!
