Right in the heart of Florence on a busy little street. You would never know it was there if you weren’t looking for it. Once you step inside the noise from the city disappears. Apartment was spacious with everything we needed including outdoor terrace where we could sit and eat/drink and relax
40+ steps as you enter the front door that you need to carry suitcases up and down. The bedroom window overlooks a quiet back street which is fine however at around 2am and 5am groups of men can be heard talking very loudly as well as roller shutters going up and down. This woke us up on a couple of occasions. However as mentioned above it is right in the city centre so some noise should be expected

The location was fantastic. It was clean, had a nice bathroom/shower and air conditioning.
The stairs to the loft were slippery and a bit awkward.

The apartment was nice and clean - there were a couple of steps in the bedroom and also leading to the kitchen - just need to be mindful particularly at night- it is keeping with the period property.
None - great stay.

Great location, close to everything and lots of great restaurants nearby. Apartment was clean and had all the basic utensils in the kitchen. Our bathroom had no soap but was taken care of quickly. Would definitely stay again .

"La localisation, c’est parfait. Très central, tout se fait à pieds. La terrasse privée était aussi très chouette."
