The Burlington Hotel

A well appointed room within a well presented hotel. Clean and comfortable, room facilities were above our expectations. Staff were helpful and friendly, and put the guests first. Decent breakfast facilities too. Plenty of hospitality items supplied daily alongside the room check for anything outstanding that needed attention. Liked the coded entry system and for the room entry. Didn't mind the lack of hosting, it's their system and it works. Made up for it in the mornings with their jobs to do, catering and housekeeping, and friendly banter.

Enjoyed the breakfast facility but found it a little cramped when two guests are trying to obtain their food from the serving area. Great idea, however, for a semi help yourself breakfast nonetheless, i.e. cereal, toast, hot food. Drinks were served by the kitchen staff. Decent sized breakfast room that can accommodate a dozen or so guests. Just got to take it in turns in getting breakfast items needed.

Problem could do with a little TLC along the corridors paint wise

The location was great! Our room was lovely, clean, warm, quiet and secure. The breakfast was lovely and substantial. The staff were lovely and cheerful throughout our stay.

No complaints, keep delivering the great service you currently offer. We would highly recommend your hotel to any of our family, friends or work colleagues who may be staying in the Cleethorpes area in the future.

Couldnt fault anything. This was our 2nd time staying here and would definitely stay again. Room had everything we needed and was spotless. Staff are lovely and breakfast was delicious
