Location was amazing and staff were very friendly.
Wellness and spa area is very nice.
Bread selection at breakfast is exceptional.
We were disappointed with the cleanliness of our room at arrival. It was obvious that the room had previously been occupied by guests with a dog or cat, as there was hair everywhere - on the floor, the sofa, and other surfaces. For a hotel this standard we would have expected a higher level of cleanliness.
One of the windows did not close properly.
Plaster in the bathroom corner was peeling off.
The plant’s leaves on our floor were drooping.

Perfect quiet location for exploring this area of the Dolomites. Breakfast and dinner were excellent. Would stay again

Dinner , breakfast were amazing, the amenities were exceeding our expectations, the sap area, the pool, the outdoor garden, all were amazing and the hotel was in teh middle of the forest, very quiet and peacefull.
our room had access to the back of the hotel, where the outside area of the room was common with the other rooms and was no restrictions to walk to the other rooms.

Un accueil général froid, le service, la fermeture du bar assez tôt.
Nous avons été déçus par rapport à nos précédents séjours dans cet établissement principalement du fait d’un accueil bien moins chaleureux.
