Location and proximity to the beach, cleanliness of apartment and whole site, Looked fabulous. Facilities available. Staff friendliness.
No floats in pool but also didn't really mind. Could it be time/scheduled use.
Fixed parasols and loungers (but understand why) Grass area (and it's upkeep) was great!

Nada a dizer

The apartment was in good condition and had everything we needed for a comfortable stay.
Rita was very helpful during our arrival, especially since there were no clear signs indicating the location of Apartamentos Paraíso Sol da Rocha.
We paid 60% of the amount in cash on arrival and were promised an invoice, which we still haven’t received. This feels unusual and raises concerns about compliance, and I’m surprised that Booking allows such practices.
Additionally, we reported on the first day that the TV box remote control was not working, but it was never fixed during our stay.
On top of that, the fire alarm went off three times, and no one confirmed whether it was a real or false alarm. The alarm stayed on for hours, which was very unsettling.
