Staff went all out to make the guests feel comfortable but facilities had a lot of limitations.
We checked late bt the manager arranged for tea to be prepared for us. Three nights in a Dtarndsrd
AC never worked.
Flooded bathroom.
Drinking water not supplied unless you requested.
Went for 2 days without drinking water supply.
Never used the swimming pool as it was dirty. Didn't witness any cleaning for 3 days I stayed there. No safe custody facility for guests documents.
There were mosquitoes and the nets were undersize.
No water drinking glasses in the room.
Inadequate Water pressure in the bathrooms.
No hot water in bathroom showers.
Dinning facilities are makeshift.
The hotel looks NEGLECTED by the Management.
