The easy access to Shopping Tambore, friendly and helpful staff, very clean
The only negative thing that struck me was the wear and tear of the counters in Reception. The pillows of the couch in the main entrance could do with some fluff!☺️

Very comfortable bed
Location could be more central in Alphaville

Right next to Shopping Tamboré, which you can access by elevator. Helpful staff.
Cleaning has got to improve, especially in key areas like the shower and the toilet. A hand towel would be useful too. It seems they save in many areas, including cleaning items. Breakfast is always the same, which is kind of boring for those staying longer periods.
