a genuinely warm welcome;
location in quiet residential area on outskirts of Nieuwpoort but enjoyed the walk to the seafront.
convenient on-site parking space;
spacious en-suite attic room with cozy seating area; beautiful arty decor; immaculately clean;
a super-comfortable bed and quality bedlinen and complimentary toiletries;
superb breakfast which our hosts very kindly provided at an very early hour so we could catch out ferry connection - much appreciated!
Just as a footnote: it being an attic room with low sloping roof: BEWARE the BEAMS! A moment's inattention and the beams will get you and can be quite unforgiving ; - (
Access to the room is by a rather steep staircase which might be a challenge for some less agile guests...however the hosts very kindly offered to take our luggage up to and down from the room and after a little while we got used to the steepness.
