The location was perfect and the staff were very friendly and helpful. Everything else was great!
The pillows provided were too small and thin, which made it uncomfortable to sleep. I hope the hotel can improve the pillow quality and provide at least 2 pillows per guest in the future.

Location was very convenient to get about places. Best part for me was unlimited water as this was free. Staff were friendly and were able to respond quickly. They provided plenty of disposable toothbrush and coffee.
I found the sheets and pillows with some stains which were minor.

Overall the room is good and hotel location is awesome. Cleanliness was good. Rooms were silent and no rush at all in the corridors. Water facility in the floor is really appreciated.
The light in the room and in washroom is very dim and its hard to locate things from the luggage and for shaving in washroom is difficult. Also the Iron was not working and i want to avail this facility, but it didn't work for me.
