The staff made the visit exceptionally welcoming, warm and created an atmosphere that had made me want to return again. The location was fantastic, the facilities were great and all in all a hotel in the heart of the action that is priced perfectly and with staff who go out of their way to ensure your stay is comfortable and everything you’re chasing.

Unfortunately the only thing I didn’t like was some of the other guests who were entitled arrogant, condescending and rude towards the staff, and the only thing I would probably highlight is that the hotel would be great if they had a concierge facility where you could book Day trips and make additional plans or tours in house without trying to find it on the street as there was not really that option available

Location was great, service was amazing.

The spa was good and affordable, and the staff were kind and caring. The hotel was a good price and they were able to easily extend my stay when my plans changed. Air conditioning in the room was excellent and the wifi was reliable and I was able to work effectively while I was away.

It wasn't amazing and it was hard for me to put my finger on what it was, exactly, that felt off - the room felt very basic and humid, none of my clothes would dry despite how long they were laid out or hung up - there were tiny water bottles provided for drinking and the area was quite confronting - While the room was well insulated for outside noise for the staggeringly loud nightclub next door, the inside noise was really poorly contained and I slept poorly from noises of people just going though the hallway. Bed was ok, but I did miss the lack of a chair and somewhere to put my clothes. The breakfast was the thing that surprised me the most - while they worked hard to provide many options, nothing was at all appealing - I didn't think of myself as a fussy eater, but I struggled to find more than a few squares of watermelon or a spoon of steamed rice that I wanted to actually eat each day, and after a few days I just skipped it entirely. Staggeringly humid in the elevators as well, and my card stopped working a few times and I needed to return to the desk to have it reactivated.
