The location is perfect, right in the center of town. Less than 5 minutes walk to the metro, and less than 20 minutes to many big tourist destinations such as Via Toledo and Palazzo Reale. The room was very spacious and regularly cleaned. Big windows provided plenty of natural light. The bed was very comfortable with clean and decent quality linens. Most outstandingly was the host who was very kind and helpful, giving many recommendations and openly answering all our questions about Naples.
Fair warning that getting from the airport to the property can be quite a hassle without a taxi, especially with luggage. The elevator in the building also needs €0.20 in coins and don’t provide change, so prepare your coins beforehand. They also do not provide breakfast and there is no communal space/kitchen/pantry. Also, while I was staying there the TV wasn’t working but to be fair I didn’t mind it and never confirmed if it was truly broken or not.

È stato perfetto! L'appartamento era fantastico, spazioso, accogliente e confortevole.
