Young lady at the front desk gave us excellent service, including getting an early morning taxi for us. Location was very close to Old Town Square, would highly recommend this hotel.

Everything, 9min walk to Charles bridge, 5min to Tesco, and every little street nearby are interesting, friendly staff, elevator, location and the room,is super large and beautiful

Please remember to get the door access code. No reception after 8pm, and no one answer phone call in emergency case.

I really enjoyed my stay here. The location is right in the middle of the Old Town, but the hotel is on a small and very quiet street, so I didn't hear any noise at night from my room. My room was very spacious and nice decorated, with a huge and comfortable bed. It was also great to have an elevator, wich is quite rare in older building in Prague. The hotel doesn't offer breakfast, but there are plenty of nice cafes nearby, so it's easy to find somewhere for breakfast. A special mention to Camilla at reception, who was incredibly kind and helpful throughout my stay. She gave me same great recommendations for places to eat and was always happy to help. Overall, I had a lovely stay and would definitely recommend this hotel!

Great front desk help

The bathroom had a bad shower head that leaked and was out of date. The lower one wouldn't stay in place. After the room was cleaned, we noticed a small Lego keychain missing, which was never found. We don't know for sure if someone there took it, but it made us uncertain about leaving our belongings. The A/C did not keep the room cool and was only in one bedroom. Update: the manager or owner contacted me after this review saying that something was missing and was very rude about it. They seemed more concerned about the bad review than about the missing item, and insisted it was not them. Their attitude made me never want to stay there again.
