A variety of breakfast options.
Dinner. The quality of food served at dinner was unsatisfactory and did not meet our expectations. I was embarrased and disappointed when dinner was served, as two of the steak dishes arrived cold. This was unaceptable and reflected poorly on the quality of food and service. This is not the first time I experienced this at your hotel. Thank you for giving me the oporunity to share with you my experience.

It’s conveniently located close to the airport. Reliable excellent shuttle service and very helpful staff.
The beds are really comfortable. Breakfast is exceptional, one of the best I’ve had in a hotel.
Very basic amenities in the room, it specifies a mini bar but there was none. Had to order room service for a bottle of water.
The room also did not have a hair dryer, even though it specified it was included. Once requested, it worked poorly, it was very old and turned on and off by itself.
Both power switches in the bathroom do not work either.
Overall just rundown a bit, they could definitely improve these details as it’s not the cheapest stay.

It's an excellent aiport hotel. Honestly, I've traveled extensively and have never had a better breakfast experience than at this hotel.
You can't open the windows and a lot of the spa "services" are extra and over priced.

La ubicación muy cerca al aeropuerto
Ofrecen un Servicio de transporte que finalmente no pude usar ya que la disponibilidad de vehiculos es muy mala. Mas de 1/2 hora de espera para poder tomar este transporte.
El baño no cuenta con agua caliente.
