A nice hostel with an excellent location, good facilities, friendly and helpful staff, and clean, comfortable rooms. The hostel is conveniently located near the bus stop and is easily accessible. Overall, a pleasant stay. We would definitely stay here again!
Considering that it is a hostel, I found the price a little high.

Excellent location with a nearby bus stop and a good supermarket, which is especially convenient when travelling with kids. The supermarket is worth visiting and offers a better experience than Coop. Buses take around 10 minutes to reach the main railway station. Use the SBB app for train schedules and Google Maps to track buses.
The stay was good overall, but the accommodation felt somewhat expensive for a hostel.

Very easy to get to via the bus. The member of staff at the desk was very friendly. It was clean and quite comfortable, a nice cosy communal area downstairs. Also, a shop behind reception for any essentials.
Quite basic but met all needs. Also quite expensive for a hostel, but cheap in relation to other options in this area.

Easy and fast connection with Luzern town. Parking in front of hostel is a plus.
Host was welcoming and helped out when we told her there was no hot water on site.
Very basic. Too expensive for what you get in return. Needs some urgent upgrading.
Only 1 (moulded) shower for 4 rooms is too little. The bed was so bad that I slept on the floor.
