Joanna Villas is set in a very peaceful location with balconies and lots of lovely spots to sit in the delightful garden . Dennis was so friendly and helpful and attended to all our requests very promptly . We were glad to have a car to take us to beaches like Dafni ( our favourite ) but it is possible to walk to Gerakas Beach which is really stunning too. We enjoyed walking to eat wonderful Greek dishes at Mai’s Taverna at the top of the road where we were always greeted so enthusiastically by Sophia and her father and given free desserts and drinks. I miss the place already and the friendly tortoiseshell cat !
Nothing really ! If it had a pool it would be even better . Some days we might have stayed at the property as it was such an idyllic place but it was too hot by 11am !

Sehr schöne Unterkunft mit tollem Garten und Ausblick! Das Zimmer was sehr sauber es wurde jeden Tag gereinigt. Toller aufmerksamer Gastgeber wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es gibt fussläufig eine tolle Bäckerei und Tavernen. Wir hatten einen schönen Urlaub auf Zakynthos und können Villa Joana nur empfehlen.

The host was exceptional, really helpful and accomodating. Qucikly reacted when reached out to and every special request was immediately fulfilled.
The pictures with which the stay is advertised felt a bit misleading, maybe tempered with AI? The facilities were alright, but the general hygiene and cleanliness of the apartment wasn't the greatest.
