Good location, friendly staff, quiet, nice size pool

TV didn't work most of the time. WiFi slow. Lounge fan didn't work.

Generally, a very good experience. A nice secluded and welcoming pool. The apartments have great undercover parking although not closed in. Each apartment has its own little outside area where one can have a nice braai.

Nothing to dislike, for a weekend or even longer it really suites a family of 4 perfectly.

unit was exactly as advertised. Clean. and had everything we needed. Pool is beautifull, even though it was to cold to go swim, the ground are well maintained.

The management of the unit is terrible. You don't get the parking of the unit you paid for, as other residents park there. I was assigned unit 7 parking , for unit 9 flatlet we rented. Went out for supper and when we came back someone else was parked in 7, we then parked in 6 as it was the only parking available. The host messaged constantly the next day to move our vehicle wich we couldn't immediately do as we were fishing on a charter boat. Very rude and Un organized. You must pay a breakage/noise deposit before you may get the keys to the unit but you must wait up to 7 days to get your deposit back after departure. Little notes and rules stuck up everywhere in the unit, you are to scared to make a sound. This rental is not for people with kids. Very stiff atmosphere with bad management. We vape, don't smoke cigarettes, there is even signs for a R500 fine to be deducted from your breakage/noise deposit if it is found that you smoke or vape in the unit and it is called a cleaning fee. St Lucia is brilliant with great people and fantastic services. Our rental was the downside to our otherwise brilliant weekend.
