The breakfast was very good
The view from the room they offered us was blocked by another building. They had other rooms of the same size available with an unobstructed view, but unfortunately, they didn’t offer us one of those rooms. Perhaps they reserved the rooms with blocked views for customers who booked through Booking.com. The tap wasn't working as well.

Very nice hotel, cant fault it really. Facilities were good and everything was clean.
I paid to have breakfast included, the day we were leaving we left the hotel early and they didnt have any type pf breakfast to go, so we paid for breakfast but didnt get it. I would suggest they always have some for guests, not even fancy but little biscuits/fruits/yogurt would be nice.

Location was great for what I needed. Spa facilities are very poor and really smelly, they need a really good clean. Please note you can smoke in some rooms and if you are a non smoker it can be very uncomfortable.
Lady at reception checked me in before my check in time and I was very grateful to her. That was very nice
Spa was really smelly and I was charged for breakfast i did not use and did not ask for when it says breakfast is free. I just felt it was very confusing.
