Difficulty in getting the wifi password and impatience of the reception staff in explaining it

We stayed at Radisson Hotel Colombo for one night with our family to celebrate our baby’s birthday, and we had a really wonderful experience. Before our arrival, I informed the hotel that it was our baby’s birthday. The hotel kindly surprised us with a complimentary birthday cake, which was beautifully prepared and tasted amazing. It was such a lovely and thoughtful gesture, and it made our baby’s special day even more memorable. The security team, room service staff, and all the other staff we met were friendly, helpful, and professional. The service throughout our stay was excellent. We stayed in a spacious and comfortable suite. The room was very clean and comfortable, and our baby was especially happy to have plenty of clean space to walk and play. We also enjoyed the food at the restaurant. Everything we tried was tasty and well prepared. As an Indian-food lover, I would have appreciated having a little more choice of Indian-friendly dishes, but overall the food experience was very good. Overall, we had a comfortable and memorable family stay. The spacious suite, cleanliness, friendly staff, delicious food, and especially the complimentary birthday cake made our one-night stay very special. Thank you to the entire Radisson Hotel Colombo team for making our baby’s birthday celebration so memorable. We would be happy to stay here again.

Only one small thing in the room, did you not provide any milk for the hot drink? Just powder which I do not like?

Séjour terni par un manque cruel de professionnalisme et de transparence dès l'arrivée (chambre non prête, promesses non tenues) et des oublis à répétition malgré les réclamations. C'est dommage car le potentiel est là, mais le service en chambre et l'accueil ne sont pas à la hauteur du standing attendu.
