Location gave easy access to a number of places includong town and sea front.
It was a quiet location and the property had good facilites.
Some outdoor seating in the lawned area would have been welcomed. Perhaps a picnic table so we could sit in the cool of the evening.

The cottage was well located with a private car park and private entrance in a quiet and scenic part of Minehead. Inside it was very clean and spacious with 3 bedrooms (one being a Double room) and the lounge and kitchen upstairs was well arranged and had nice views as they are located upstairs from the bedrooms. Minehead town centre was just a short 5 minutes drive away and the neighbours were quiet so all in all a very pleasant place to stay.
The only negative was the kitchen sink taps took a while to warm up when using them for washing up as the property does not have a modern boiler or central heating.

Very clean and comfortable. Everything in excellent working order. 😍
There was nothing to use to wash the dishes or pans. As we did a fair bit of cooking this was a minor irritation. We bought some scourers and left them there.
