Our Bartender Brad -Jack of all trades was absolutely lovely and couldn’t do enough to make sure our stay was brilliant. We really enjoyed the live music at theKettle and Wink 😉 next door to the hotel.Water pressure was fabulous and lovely Ginger server at the breakfast Great Location for seeing the town Amazing comfy bed, could do with some soft pillows
The carpets were in need of a deep clean windows and walls in our room #3 needed a deep cleaning. One guesses it was a very busy Summer season

A Wonderful Stay in the Heart of St. Ives
I really enjoyed my stay at The Western Hotel. The location was excellent, within easy walking distance of shops, restaurants, beaches, and the beautiful seafront. It was the perfect base for exploring St. Ives.
The staff were friendly and welcoming, and the customer service was excellent. Breakfast each morning was delicious, and I had a comfortable, restful sleep.
Overall, a very pleasant stay, and I would happily recommend this hotel to anyone visiting St. Ives.
