Just what I needed. Little space for myself. Shower worked, good toilet, had a mirror and the lady checking me in was SO lovely. I wanted to book this place again but it was sold out. Its so close to metro and myongdong street. So good place would recommend.

Bed a little too hard but I can sleep.

Très bonne localisation de l'hotel, proche des principaux sites de visite à pied, et un accès direct à presque l'ensemble des lieux touristiques en direct en transport. Le personnel est très disponible, le service permet de disposer d'une chambre propre et propose des services complémentaires (pressing etc.).

I arrived late for check-in because I had trouble finding the address. Make sure you have the address in Korean if you want to use Naver Map. When I arrived, no one was there, which I completely understand. However, they had not sent any instructions by email explaining that my key had been left on the counter. I tried to call the number provided, but I couldn't reach anyone. Fortunately, another guest helped me. I had also emailed the host asking for the address in Korean, but I only received a reply two days later. I explained that I had already tried calling the number, but there was another sticker covering part of the number, so I was unable to reach them. The host then tested the number in front of me and it worked, but the way he spoke to me was very unpleasant. Once in the room, I found only very small towels. The next morning, there was still no one at the reception, which Start from 9am or 9:30. The information in the room stated that the washing machine could be used for free. So after two nights, with no news from the host, I tried to use it. The host shouted at me because I was not supposed to use it myself and had to pay for the service. At the same time, he explained that I could simply take fresh towels from the self-service area in the corridor, just like the toilet paper. I wish I had known this earlier. Because of my complaint, he told me that late check-in would no longer be possible. I think a simple email with clear instructions would have solved all of these problems. When guests arrive, especially if no one is going to be there, the minimum would be to provide clear information about the check-in, towels, washing machine, and when someone will be available at the property. It’s a shame because the accommodation is very well located.
