Convenient location to the airport
Some of the reception staff generally ok but with one or two it felt like they were doing me a favour - they came across arrogant and abrupt.
Restaurant particularly dinner was not great at all. Also had an incident with one of the waiters that was rude and when we questioned a dish that was not complete he made up something and dumped it on the table. This was reported to the person in charge of the area

Room was large. I was late but still they agreed to send me dinner to my room as I had a package of breakfast and 1 meal. At the Breakfast restaurant, the staff was super efficient.
The bedsheets and tea cups were not clean. Foot Stand kept along the bed had stains. The reception was badly managed. It took me more than 30 mins to check in and allocate room. They sent me some food in my room, but it did not have salt. And it was delivered to room after 1 hour 30 mins of ordering inspite of regular follow up. Breakfast most counters were mostly empty. nd Cleanliness was missing. My Water glasses and plates were not cleaned properly.
